Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct salary negotiations, manage offer rollouts, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute resource capacity strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage HR functions, ensuring alignment between talent strategy and organizational objectives.
- Formulate, manage, and analyze recruitment budgets with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Drive HR business partner policies with a key focus on optimizing performance and profitability.
- Manage and motivate virtual, multi-geographical, and culturally diverse teams to ensure efficient collaboration and high productivity.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and implement strategies to enhance team performance and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Management.
- Proven experience managing high-volume or specialized hiring processes.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with ATS tools, HR analytics, and reporting systems.
