About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-cycle hiring, people management, and stakeholder coordination, with a proven record of achieving hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from understanding hiring needs, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to final selection and onboarding.

- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and timely feedback.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and industries.

- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics and team performance.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Stay updated with market trends, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management, preferably within a consulting or corporate setup.

- Proven experience in team handling and performance management.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
