Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in high-volume hiring, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, across multiple functions.
- Achieve hiring targets of 2030 candidates per month consistently.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- (Preferred) Manage specialized recruitment for engineering and AEC domains (Architects, Engineers, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a recruitment agency or consultancy background.
- Strong track record of handling high-volume hiring.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exposure to engineering or AEC recruitment will be an added advantage
