Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Fostering an environment of excellence and creating specific talent acquisition goals.
- Making sure talent acquisition initiatives align with organizational goals.
- Managing and supervising the recruitment, hiring, and employee onboarding processes to make sure we are attracting and integrating top talent.
- Establishing robust talent pipelines to meet both our present and future employment needs
- Plan & implement offline employer branding activities by managing external partnerships with campuses, HR forums, and participating in job fairs, etc.
- Lead and monitor all sourcing strategies.
- Plan & implement online employer branding activities on platforms like company websites, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.
- Create solid systems and processes to track team performance and gauge important hiring indicators, such as a source of hire. Plan and implement strong processes to ensure candidate satisfaction.
