The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and driven Global Talent Acquisition Manager to be a cornerstone of our aggressive growth plans. This role is pivotal in scaling our global team by attracting and securing top-tier talent. In addition to leading our worldwide recruiting efforts, this individual will support broader HR activities, making it a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the company's trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy to source top talent in the highly competitive quantitative finance and technology sectors.
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage seasoned professionals through industry networks, professional groups, and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, specialized forums).
Employer Branding: Promote and raise awareness of our firm as an employer of choice at top universities, through online channels, and within professional communities.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and candidate attraction to interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding.
HR Support: Provide support for traditional HR management activities, including employee programs, payroll, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment within Technology, Hedge Funds, or Quantitative Finance firms. This specific industry experience is non-negotiable.
- A demonstrable track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top finance, data science, and software development talent. You must have a portfolio of placements in these niche domains.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior professionals, PhDs, and engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, proactive approach to building talent pipelines in a market where top candidates are not actively looking.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
