Role Overview:


As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a crucial role in hiring top technology and product talent.
You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing leadership hiring.


This role requires deep expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth SaaS environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.


- Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.


- Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.


- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.


- Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.


Key Requirements:


- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment experience), ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience.


- Experience in a senior recruitment role managing senior level roles with driving strategic approaches, ideally IT hiring


- Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels


- Partner with business leaders on their manpower plans and hiring strategies.


- Create & maintain recruitment dashboard and regular reporting to stakeholders


- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and market trends.


- Set & deliver high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates


- Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.


- Building and maintaining talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions


- Managing candidate inquiries, candidate care and facilitating employee processes involving candidates


- Consult on selection decision and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy


- Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements


- Present recommendations for selected candidates to the more experienced management, direct them through the hiring process, and consult with hiring managers in assigned groups
