Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Description:
A Manager- Talent Acquisition for bulk hiring is responsible for developing and executing high-volume recruitment strategies, managing sourcing channels, screening and selecting candidates for large-scale hiring campaigns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process to meet organizational staffing needs. Key responsibilities include identifying staffing requirements, building a strong employer brand to attract large talent pools, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill long-term strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop & Implement Sourcing Strategies:
- Design and implement strategies for sourcing high volumes of candidates to meet large-scale hiring needs.
High-Volume Recruitment Management:
- Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring campaigns, from job requisition to offer.
Candidate Screening & Selection:
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure candidates meet the requirements.
Employer Branding:
- Lead initiatives to build a strong employer brand, attracting a wider talent pool to the organization.
Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Work with leadership to understand and forecast future workforce needs and staffing requirements.
Onboarding:
- Oversee or coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track key recruitment metrics and analyze performance to optimize strategies for high-volume hiring.
