We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Team Lead Talent Acquisition who can balance leadership with execution. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment team and operating as an individual contributor to drive critical and strategic hiring. What Youll Do
- Act as an individual contributor to handle urgent, niche, or leadership roles directly.
- Guide and mentor a team of recruiters to meet their hiring targets and ensure process adherence.
- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to forecast and fulfill manpower needs.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Track and optimize key hiring metrics including TAT (turnaround time), source mix, offer acceptance ratio, and joining conversion.
- Conduct screening, interviews, salary discussions, and negotiation for key positions.
- Create and present weekly/monthly dashboards on hiring status and team performance.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience and promote the employer brand across platforms.
- Coordinate with HR operations and training teams for a smooth post-offer onboarding experience.
- Ensure proper usage of the ATS/recruitment tools and maintain clean, updated data.
What It Takes
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently, especially for critical or niche positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and recruitment technology (Zoho Recruit or similar ATS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in hiring across domains such as architecture, engineering, BIM, or design services is preferred.
