What Were Looking For:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in non-IT recruitment within the domestic (Indian) market.

- Proven success in closing mid-to-senior-level roles across diverse business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, etc.

- A strategic mindset combined with a get-it-done attitude someone who can plan effectively and execute flawlessly.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence hiring decisions across all levels of the organization.

- Expertise in various sourcing channels beyond job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, direct sourcing).

- Ability to design and implement efficient recruitment processes.

- Strong interview and assessment skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT positions across all levels, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, define job requirements, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.

- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill and niche roles.

- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.

- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a positive journey throughout the recruitment process.

- Negotiate offers and secure top talent while aligning with compensation guidelines and market benchmarks.

- Utilize and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools for efficiency and data accuracy.

- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, progress, and market trends to stakeholders.

- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates
