Manager - Sustainability & ESG
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability frameworks aligned with automotive industry best practices.
- Monitor and report ESG metrics, including emissions, energy use, and social impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ESG goals into product design, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Engage with stakeholders, regulators, and rating agencies to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Lead initiatives on circular economy, green mobility, and responsible sourcing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability roles, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
