Manager - Surveillance - Treasury Products

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Manager with deep expertise in Treasury Products and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing surveillance processes while collaborating across teams to ensure effective risk controls and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor orders and trades across multiple trading platforms for outliers.

- Analyze surveillance system alerts and prepare periodic reports.

- Perform data analysis using Excel / R / Python, and present actionable insights.

- Collaborate with internal & external teams for system development and surveillance improvements.

- Support testing of systems and upgrades as per business needs.

- Ensure compliance with organizational surveillance standards.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Strong quantitative & analytical ability with attention to detail.

- Exposure to Treasury Products through Trading / Risk / Analyst / Strategist roles.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques & data visualization tools.

- Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of programming/coding.

- Excellent team collaboration and adaptability to change.

Education:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Finance.
