Manager - Supply Planning

Description:

1. Network Planning and Norm Management:

- Define norms and network for products from plant to depot

- Work closely with manufacturing operations to modify the network based on supply constraints

- Review norms across nodes to reduce undesirable inventory

- Manage space planning, budgeting, monthly sales loss analysis, weekly service reviews, and monthly S&OP meetings

2. Audit and Governance:

- Conduct periodic audits of supply chain systems and processes to identify gap areas

- Drive the agenda of continuous improvement through system audits

3. Projects and Digitization:

- Actively involve in identification, planning, and execution of improvement projects and digitization initiatives
