Manager - Supply Chain - WMS & Last Mile

We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead warehouse operations, WMS implementation/optimization, and last-mile delivery performance. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, high service levels, inventory accuracy, and efficient logistics operations across the network.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and last-mile operations within eCommerce, Q-commerce, or logistics companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & WMS:

- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Implement, optimize, and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Drive inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and cycle count processes.

- Improve warehouse productivity through SOPs, automation, and process improvements.

- Monitor warehouse KPIs: fill rate, order accuracy, dispatch TAT, productivity per picker.

Last-Mile Delivery Management:

- Manage last-mile logistics partners and in-house delivery teams.

- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and optimize delivery TAT.

- Monitor route optimization and cost per shipment.

- Drive reduction in RTOs (Return to Origin) and failed deliveries.

- Build scalable delivery processes aligned with business growth.

Planning & Coordination:

- Collaborate with procurement, demand planning, and category teams to align inventory flow.

- Ensure optimal stock positioning across warehouses/dark stores.

- Manage peak season planning and capacity forecasting.

Cost & Performance Optimization:

- Drive logistics cost efficiency and improve contribution margins.

- Negotiate with 3PL partners and logistics vendors.

- Track and improve supply chain SLAs and service metrics.

Technology & Automation:

- Lead WMS upgrades and integrations with OMS/ERP systems.

- Identify automation opportunities in warehousing and dispatch.

- Drive digital tracking and real-time visibility across supply chain.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 6-10 years of experience in supply chain / logistics operations.

- Strong hands-on experience with WMS platforms.

- Experience managing last-mile delivery in eCommerce, Q-commerce, or logistics firms.

- Strong analytical and operational mindset.

- Experience managing 3PL partners and warehouse teams.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
