Key Responsibilities:


- Demand & Supply Planning: Develop and maintain supply plans, forecasts, and production schedules.


- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment, and optimize inventory to meet targets.


- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors for timely material delivery, manage relationships, and evaluate performance.


- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Procurement teams to align operational goals.


- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, prepare reports, and track KPIs (e.g., stock availability, fulfillment rates).


- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. Lead and develop teams to improve supply chain effectiveness through strong technical expertise and coaching.


- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential disruptions and develop contingency solutions.


Essential Skills & Qualifications:


- MBA with specialization in Supply Chain & Operations Management.


- 5-8 years of experience in supply planning within the FMCG industry.


- Hands-on experience with ERP / Planning Systems.


- Strong proficiency in Excel and supply chain software tools.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


- High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and capability to perform under pressure.
