Supply Chain and Operations Manager We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Marketplace operations, via managing ecommerce business of a Brand or through experience in marketplace operations team in marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart. Someone who can understand various operational and catalogue inputs that impact customer experience/journey and business. The person will be responsible for growing the sales via conversion improvement from RIS/RU improvement and will also be responsible for maintaining pareto products at 4+ rating and keeping returns in line with platform category averages. The person will work with cross-functional teams including buying/sourcing, inventory planning, operations, and external partners to ensure that all projects and metrices are on track. Day to day activities: - Deliver on C2D, O2D, SLA and RIS/RU goals for the marketplace business - Scale up and improve the catalogue quality on marketplaces, leading to better Cx and conversion - Work with the Inventory team and warehouse operations to ensure in stock and replication of top styles across warehouses/clusters - Track and improve on rating and return metrics - Driving new initiatives that will lead to efficiency in business from a supply or operations standpoint with multiple stake holders
