Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Supply Chain Network Design to join our Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE). This role will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and enhancing global supply chain networks to support business growth, cost efficiency, and strategic agility. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supply chain modeling, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Network Design & Optimization

- Develop and maintain end-to-end global supply chain network models using tools such as Llamasoft SCGX, Optilogic, or AIMMS.

- Support strategic and tactical decision-making by building robust data, analytics, and modeling frameworks.

- Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate cost, service, and risk trade-offs (e.g., greenfield/brownfield studies, sustainability-driven redesigns).

- Collaborate with Advanced Analytics & Data Science teams to manage a centralized Supply Chain Modeling Database.

- Automate model refreshes and ensure scalability through robust frameworks.

- Create interactive network visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to support business storytelling and decision-making.

2. SOP Setup & Process Improvement

- Identify and implement process improvements aligned with best practices.

- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methodologies for supply chain design.

- Audit and ensure sustainability of process improvements for long-term value realization.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as a liaison with internal teams across Sourcing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance.

- Translate business requirements into actionable network strategies.

- Lead and support global purchasing and supply chain enhancement initiatives.

- Contribute to the development of a capability roadmap to future-proof the supply chain function.

4. Metrics & Performance Tracking

- Define and track KPIs for the supply chain network design function.

- Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

- Regularly publish reports and dashboards reflecting performance and opportunities for optimization.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Must-Haves:

- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in supply chain analytics and network modeling.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain domains: manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, warehousing, and inventory planning.

- Proficiency with data manipulation tools such as SQL, Alteryx, or similar ETL platforms.

- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools for data visualization.

- Experience with supply chain network design tools: Llamasoft SCGX, Optilogic, AIMMS, or JDA SC Strategist.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences with clear and impactful insights.

Preferred:

- Exposure to capacity planning, sourcing strategy, inventory optimization, and transportation network design.

- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

- Experience in a COE or global role supporting supply chain strategy and transformation.
