Manager - Supply Chain Management - FMCG

Job Title: Manager Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Qualifications & Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM from a B-school preferred.

- Proven experience in supply chain management (58 years preferred).

- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in spoken Hindi is an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and MS Office tools.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with team management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing, inventory management, and logistics strategies.

- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and market demand.

- Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

- Oversee warehouse operations and distribution activities to ensure efficient product flow.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
