Manager - Supply Chain Management

Job Description:

The Manager - Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, production planning, and vendor management. The role ensures timely material availability, cost efficiency, smooth production flow, and on-time customer deliveries while driving continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations.

- Coordinate procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse activities.

- Develop production and material planning schedules.

- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries.

- Optimize inventory levels and reduce supply chain costs.

- Coordinate with production, sales, and vendors to meet customer requirements.

- Prepare MIS reports and analyze supply chain performance.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies.
