Manager - Supply Chain Management

What Youll Do:

- End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Drive supply chain strategy and oversee daily operations including production planning, procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, and warehouse management.

- Demand & Supply Planning: Ensure accurate production scheduling, monitoring, and timely delivery of products to both internal and external customers.

- Procurement & Strategic Sourcing: Lead sourcing, contracting, and performance management of suppliers across direct and indirect categories such as raw materials, components, facilities, administrative services, and other indirect services.

- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure service excellence, cost competitiveness, and innovation. Oversee supplier onboarding, compliance checks, and performance evaluations.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, plant operations, HR, marketing, and other functions to align sourcing strategies and support organizational goals.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis, monitor pricing trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities and value-added services.

- Commodities Expertise: Manage sourcing and procurement for commodities such as PCB assemblies, bare PCBs, injection molding, stampings, castings, and sheet metals.

- Risk & Resilience: Proactively identify risks, strengthen supply chain resilience, and ensure business continuity.

- Financial Oversight: Drive CAPEX requirements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with global procurement strategies.

- Inventory Management: Lead inventory planning and control through effective management techniques and periodic assessments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering.

- Professional certification in Supply Chain (e.g., APICS, CPM) is an added advantage.

- 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management and strategic sourcing.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of SAP-MM/PP modules.

- Experience in handling electronics, PCB/PCBA, plastics, molding, casting, and sheet metal commodities.

- Expertise in material planning and capacity planning.

- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, fostering collaboration and shared accountability.

- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance management skills.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities.

- High ethical standards with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
