About the Role:

Our client, a leading FMCG organization, is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead demand/supply planning, logistics, and multi-CFA operations across South India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive demand planning for forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.

- Manage multi-CFA operations across at least two South Indian states.

- Oversee logistics, vendor management, and cost optimization.

- Build MIS/dashboards with advanced Excel and ERP tools.

- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations for execution excellence.

Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years in FMCG/MTF/E-commerce supply chain.

- Mandatory experience in South India operations.

- Strong expertise in demand or supply planning.

- Advanced Excel skills; ERP exposure preferred.

- Experience in logistics negotiations is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
