
Job Description: Manager - Financial Institutions
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen existing relationships with Banks and NBFCs, ensuring adequate credit limits are established for corporate buyers in line with projected monthly business volumes.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new Banks/NBFCs, coordinating portal demonstrations, IT integrations, and other requirements prior to activation.
- Monitor timely renewal and enhancement of corporate buyer limits with respective Banks/NBFCs based on business requirements and projected throughput.
- Build strong senior-level relationships with Banks/NBFCs and drive deeper engagement and business opportunities.
- Manage the P&L for the assigned portfolio, ensuring profitability, pricing, and commercial terms are optimized across financier relationships.
- Drive growth in business throughput, outstanding, revenue, yields, and other key performance metrics across the assigned geography and portfolio.
- Achieve revenue and volume targets in line with the business objectives for the assigned area.
- Plan, forecast, track, and report business volumes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Functional Competencies:
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with direct, support, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Strong relationship management skills with senior decision-makers across PSU, private sector, and MNC Banks and NBFCs.
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with Financial Institutions and understand their business requirements.
- Ability to identify opportunities and provide suitable financing solutions aligned with the organization's product portfolio.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills, with the ability to forecast, measure, track, and report business performance regularly.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio performance.
