About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing strategic corporate anchor relationships for our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate business development, working capital solutions, or supply chain finance, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with large enterprises across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard large corporate anchor clients across industries such as FMCG, Consumer Durables, Automotive, Building Materials, Apparel, Agri & Food, and other key sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, Treasurers, Procurement Heads, and Supply Chain leaders.
- Own the complete anchor acquisition lifecyclefrom prospecting and relationship development to onboarding, program implementation, and portfolio expansion.
Design and structure Supply Chain Finance solutions, including:
1. Vendor Financing
2. Dealer Financing
3. Distributor Financing
4. Hybrid Supply Chain Finance programs
- Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution and successful program launches.
- Drive portfolio growth while maintaining strong asset quality and sustainable profitability.
- Analyze client working capital requirements and recommend customized financing solutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings within the Supply Chain Finance ecosystem.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Working Capital Finance, Corporate Sales, or BFSI Business Development.
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing large corporate relationships.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance products and structured working capital solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong corporate relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in Supply Chain Finance products, including Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, and Working Capital Solutions.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Experience in structuring customized financial solutions for corporate clients.
- Sound understanding of credit, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on portfolio growth and client satisfaction.
