Manager - Supply Chain - eCommerce

Minimum of 5 years experience in end-to-end supply chain operations (imports, customs, warehousing, logistics, inventory)

Role Description:

- As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain - from international imports, inventory planning, vendor coordination to warehousing and last-mile delivery.

- You will be responsible for designing scalable, cost-effective, and agile supply chain operations suited for a high-growth, fast-paced D2C and marketplace-driven ecommerce environment.

OKR:

- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations (imports, customs, warehousing, logistics, inventory)

- Coordinate with international suppliers, clearing agents, and freight forwarders

- Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking

- Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery SLAs

- Manage warehouse partners across locations (3PLs) and ensure best practices

- Ensure compliance with import/export laws, EPR compliance, and sustainability norms

- Maintain accurate reports on SKU movements, aging inventory, and replenishment schedules
