Description: The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure seamless flow of materials and services. This role will drive efficiency across demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier management while ensuring cost optimization, service reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Planning & Operations:

- Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply fulfillment.

- Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

- Ensure timely availability of materials and services while minimizing supply chain costs.

Procurement & Supplier Management:

- Manage procurement activities including supplier sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation.

- Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and continuity of supply.

- Monitor supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory planning, stock optimization, and control processes to ensure optimal inventory levels.

- Implement best practices to reduce excess inventory, stock-outs, and working capital impact.

Process Optimization & Analytics:

- Analyze supply chain data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Drive process standardization, automation, and system-based planning to enhance operational performance.

- Ensure effective use of supply chain management systems and reporting tools.

Stakeholder & Team Management:


- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, sales, and logistics.

- Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams with clear performance accountability.

Required Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or process-driven environments.

- Proven hands-on experience in demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply operations.

- Strong exposure to forecasting, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Experience working with ERP / SCM systems (SAP or equivalent preferred).

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Postgraduate qualification or MBA in Supply Chain / Operations Management preferred.
