Description:

The E-commerce Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling end-to-end supply chain operations across Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and marketplace channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient demandsupply planning, inventory optimization, order fulfilment, last-mile delivery performance, and RTO reduction while collaborating closely with vendors, logistics partners, and cross-functional internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage demand forecasting and supply planning to minimize stock-outs, overstocking, and fulfilment delays

- Own the complete order lifecycle from order confirmation through final delivery

- Drive inventory planning, stock ageing control, replenishment cycles, and physical/system audits

- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners, including onboarding alternate suppliers to ensure supply continuity

- Monitor, analyze, and reduce delivery exceptions, RTOs, and last-mile operational challenges

- Act as the backend owner for supply chainrelated customer escalations and issue resolution

- Track, analyze, and continuously improve key performance indicators such as order fulfilment rate, inventory turnover, RTO percentage, delivery SLAs, and vendor performance

- Design, document, and improve supply chain processes, SOPs, and OMS/WMS workflows to support scalability and operational efficiency


Qualifications & Experience:

- 58 years of experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, or Marketplace supply chain operations

- Strong hands-on experience with inventory management, order management systems (OMS), warehouse operations, and courier platforms

- Proven ability to manage vendors, logistics partners, and alternate supplier networks

- Experience handling RTO reduction, delivery escalations, and complex operational challenges

- Strong analytical and data-handling skills using Excel or Google Sheets
