Manager - Supply Chain

Description:

Role Summary: Lead supply chain strategy and execution covering sourcing, procurement, logistics, vendor management, inventory and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize supply chain operations and cost-saving initiatives.

- Oversee procurement, shipment planning, 3PL, and warehouse management.

- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate vendor contracts.

- Drive demand forecasting and inventory control.

- Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement improvements.

- Ensure compliance with import/export and statutory frameworks.

Requirements:

- Experience managing complex supply chains (manufacturing preferred).

- Strong negotiation, vendor management & stakeholder communication.
