
Role Overview:
The Strategy Manager will drive enterprise-level strategic initiatives to strengthen market positioning, portfolio expansion, and long-term growth within the pharmaceutical business. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, industry expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and portfolio assessments
- Identify new growth opportunities across therapy areas, geographies, and partnerships
- Support M&A evaluations, licensing opportunities, and strategic alliances
- Drive annual operating plans and long-range strategic planning exercises
- Provide data-driven insights and executive-level presentations to leadership
- Track regulatory, market access, and pricing trends impacting strategic direction
- Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance for strategy execution
- Monitor performance of strategic initiatives and recommend course corrections
- Expertise in market research, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or pharma business planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
