
Manager Strategy
Location : Bengaluru (Corporate Office)
Function : Strategy & Transformation
Reporting To : Head - Strategy
Role Purpose :
- The Strategy Manager plays a critical role in driving the organization's growth and transformation agenda. Working closely with senior leadership, this role focuses on identifying new growth opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and execution capability, including program management, business analytics, and driving data-led decision-making across functions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy & Growth Initiatives :
- Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for business expansion, portfolio optimization, and new initiatives
- Support long-term business planning and strategic decision-making
2. Data Analytics & Digital Enablement :
- Leverage analytics and digital tools to drive insights across functions such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations
- Support adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization
3. Transformation & Program Management :
- Lead and manage cross-functional transformation projects
- Define project milestones, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Establish governance frameworks for effective execution
4. Performance Tracking & Leadership Updates :
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Prepare leadership updates, dashboards, and review presentations
- Support senior leadership in decision-making and execution tracking
5. Stakeholder Management :
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across functions
- Collaborate with external partners including consulting firms where required
- Ensure alignment across teams for seamless execution
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement :
- Drive adoption of new tools, platforms, and agile ways of working
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement
Candidate Profile :
Qualification & Experience :
MBA from a reputed Tier-1 B-School
- 5-8 years of overall experience :
- Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or program management
- Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and complex projects
