Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Strategy Consulting Manager specializing in Corporate Deals Technology to support complex M&A engagements. The role focuses on shaping technology strategy to enable business value during integrations, separations, carve-outs, and divestitures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT M&A engagements including IT Due Diligence, integration, and separation

- Manage client and leadership-level stakeholders and drive strategic conversations

- Design and execute technology integration and divestiture strategies aligned with business objectives

- Develop Day One readiness, TSA planning, and execution roadmaps

- Build IT financial models covering synergy savings, one-time costs, stranded and standalone costs

- Recommend enterprise architecture, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, and application rationalization solutions

- Coach and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables

- Support business development, proposal creation, and practice growth initiatives

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in IT M&A, IT Due Diligence, IT Integration & Separation

- Expertise in IT Strategy and Digital Transformation

- Strong knowledge across ERP, Cloud Strategy, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

- Proven experience managing large teams and complex engagements

- Strong analytical and IT cost modeling capabilities

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Exposure to emerging technologies such as GenAI, Agentic AI, IoT

- Experience working with globally distributed teams

- Proposal writing, RFP responses, and thought leadership development

Travel: Travel may be required based on project needs
