Manager - Strategy/Chief Of Staff - BFSI

For a BFSI Company ( Family Office, AMC etc ) 20 year old, well established looking for a Self Starter, Aggressive & self Driven Chief of Staff

Chief of Staff to work closely with our executive team. From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments.

The objective for this role will be to work closely with the CEO and drive large scale impact across the organization. You will be nothing less than a force multiplier and fill-in for the executive as and when required.

It will provide learning opportunities through apprenticeship, shadowing and informal mentoring. This opportunity is intended for someone looking to run the overall functions of a capital markets investment setup, over a meaningful stretch of time.

- Research & data handling - Conduct research on market trends, new investment areas, market mapping and competitive analysis for portfolio companies and prospective investments. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the results of such research to internal and portfolio teams.

- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership

- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them

DESIRED PROFILE

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar analytical field - engineering, science or business. MBA optional

- 5+ years of relevant experience - preferably in project management, founders' office or business management

- Good business judgment, nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions

- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management & productivity

- Experience in data analysis and budget management

- Hustler, having first principles thinking - ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
