
Role Overview:
As the Manager - Strategy & Product, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and product roadmap of our NBFC. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and technology, to translate strategic insights into actionable product initiatives. Your work will directly impact our ability to innovate, expand our market reach, and deliver exceptional financial solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape dynamics, informing strategic decision-making and product development.
- Perform rigorous competitive analysis to benchmark our offerings, identify areas for differentiation, and develop strategies to enhance our market position.
- Develop and execute corporate strategy initiatives, working with senior management to define long-term goals and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Lead the product management lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and iteration, ensuring products meet market needs and business objectives.
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven expertise in competitive analysis, identifying key differentiators and developing effective counter-strategies.
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy development and execution, with the ability to align initiatives with overall business goals.
- Excellent product management skills, including experience in the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
