Manager - Strategy & Planning - Infra
Women candidates preferred- Strategic Planning & Execution : Lead the annual and quarterly planning cycles. You will define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organization and ensure departmental alignment with the company's long-term "Net Zero" and growth targets.
- Investor Relations (IR) & Fundraising : Act as the primary architect for investor communications. You will manage data rooms, draft compelling investment memos, and present our technical and financial progress to VCs, PEs, and strategic partners.
- Customer Relations & Business Development : Manage relationships with key B2B stakeholders, utility leaders, and government bodies. You will often represent the Founder in high-level meetings to ensure our "Energy Transition" value proposition is clearly articulated.
- Market Intelligence : Monitor global trends in energy policy, carbon credits, and emerging technologies. Provide the Founder with data-driven insights to pivot or accelerate our strategy.
- Executive Presence & Travel : Accompany the Founder on critical business travels. You must be able to lead presentations, negotiate terms, and manage on-the-ground project assessments with a high degree of professionalism and "pleasing personality.
