Manager - Strategy & Operations

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

A high-growth organization in the financial services/consumer services space is looking for a sharp, analytical professional to work closely with the CEO on strategy, execution, and high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and drive execution of CEO-led strategic initiatives across functions

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to support growth decisions

- Analyze business data, identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and synthesize insights

- Prepare board-level, investor-ready presentations and strategic documents

- Draft executive communications, internal memos, and strategy notes

- Design and manage dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility

- Support priority stakeholder engagements through structured preparation and follow-ups

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, PE/VC, or Strategy/BizOps roles

- Strong academic background from a top-tier institution

- Exceptional PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets skills

- Sharp strategic thinking, strong analytical rigor, and executive-level communication

- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, and impact-driven
