
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Market Expansion: Conduct deep-dive research into new geographies or product lines and lead the initial GTM (Go-to-Market) execution.
- Special Projects: Own "zero-to-one" projects that don't have a natural home yet (e.g., setting up a referral program, pilot testing a new pricing model).
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard key partners that can accelerate user acquisition or brand authority.
2. Business Intelligence & Revenue Ops:
- KPI Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards to track "North Star" metrics (CAC, LTV, Burn Rate, and Churn).
- Unit Economics: Analyze margins and operational costs to identify "leaks" and suggest optimizations for profitability.
- Board & Investor Prep: Synthesize complex data into high-stakes presentations for board meetings and fundraising rounds.
3. Founder Leverage & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Operational Rhythm: Design and run the company's operating cadence (OKRs, weekly leadership syncs, and monthly reviews).
- Problem Solving: Act as a "troubleshooter" for departments that are hitting growth plateaus, providing them with the data and framework to unblock.
