Manager - Strategy & Business Transformation | FMCG / CPG Role Overview: We are looking for a high-calibre Strategy & Business Transformation professional to work closely with the senior leadership team on strategic growth and transformation initiatives spanning portfolio, category, GTM/RTM, digital acceleration and inorganic growth. Key Responsibilities: - Drive corporate, portfolio and category strategy initiatives, including premiumisation and category building. - Lead GTM/RTM optimisation across channels, micro-markets and distributor models. - Support digital, e-commerce and Q-commerce growth initiatives. - Drive strategic projects from strategy through execution, including pilots, sprints and rollouts. - Support M&A and inorganic growth initiatives, including market assessment, commercial due diligence and integration planning. - Develop financial/analytical models, dashboards and management presentations to support senior-level decision-making. - Track strategic initiatives, KPIs and outcomes, ensuring timely course correction. - Work as a thought partner to senior stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams independently. Candidate Profile: - 3-6 years of experience, preferably from top-tier management consulting firms. - Strong exposure to FMCG/CPG, with experience in strategy, GTM/RTM, category, digital/Q-commerce, transformation or M&A. - Strong problem-solving, analytical and financial modelling skills. - Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with exposure to senior leadership. - MBA from a premier B-school mandatory.
