Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic professional for the role of Strategy Manager to support and drive key strategic initiatives within a leading multinational organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in performance tracking, governance management, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination across strategic transformation programs.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business data into actionable insights for leadership teams. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership and multiple business functions to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Support the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

- Act as the central coordination point for strategic projects, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution teams, and leadership.

- Drive structured governance mechanisms for tracking strategic priorities and organizational goals.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

- Lead analytics-driven performance monitoring for strategic initiatives using:

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

Benefits realization frameworks

Value tracking methodologies

- Monitor initiative performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure timely tracking and reporting of strategic milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.

Dashboarding & Executive Reporting

- Design, develop, and manage executive-level dashboards and business insights for leadership teams.

- Prepare executive scorecards, strategy reports, and governance updates for senior stakeholders.

- Support leadership presentations, board review materials, and strategy offsite discussions with data-driven insights and storytelling.

Program Governance & Risk Management

- Establish governance structures, project timelines, and tracking frameworks for strategic programs.

- Monitor dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.

- Ensure initiatives are delivered within defined timelines and aligned with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Drive collaboration across multiple functions including:

Audit Industry teams

Operations

Growth teams

Enablement functions

- Work closely with senior business leaders to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.

Transformation & Special Projects

- Lead or support high-priority strategic and transformation initiatives requiring:

Rapid problem-solving

Business analysis

Executive communication

Data interpretation

- Provide structured recommendations to leadership based on market insights, operational analysis, and business performance.

Required Skills & Competencies:
