Manager - Strategy

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly capable and results-oriented Strategy person to join the corporate strategy team. This strategic role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in business strategy, M&A, and operations, and who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You will act as a strategic partner to the Stake Holder and a bridge between the leadership and assigned business units, driving execution and aligning operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Stake Holder to shape and implement strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts.

- Serve as a liaison between the Stake holder and assigned business units, ensuring effective execution of strategic and operational plans.

- Lead and manage key projects across strategy, M&A, new business initiatives, and operations.

- Support the Stake Holder in evaluating business performance, market expansion opportunities, and internal efficiency improvements.

- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decisions, investments, and business planning.

- Drive alignment across functional teams to ensure consistent execution of business goals.

- Prepare business reviews, strategic presentations, and analytical reports for senior stakeholders and board-level discussions.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA from a top-tier IIM is mandatory.

- 5+ years of experience in strategy, M&A, operations, or new business development in a corporate strategy or similar strategic role.

- Proven experience working in corporate strategy or operations teams within large firms.

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and manage cross-functional initiatives.

- Strong financial modeling and business strategy skills are essential.

- Willingness to relocate to Chennai and work closely with the Stake holder.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking abilities.
