Manager - Strategy

We are seeking a dynamic Strategy Manager to drive strategic initiatives, business growth, and organizational transformation. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to identify opportunities, evaluate business models, and execute projects that strengthen our competitive advantage. The Strategy Manager will act as a bridge between cross-functional teams and leadership, ensuring strategic plans translate into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

- Support leadership in developing and executing long-term business strategies.

- Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.

- Evaluate potential partnerships, M&A opportunities, and new market entry strategies.

Business Performance & Insights:

- Monitor key business metrics, prepare dashboards, and recommend corrective actions.

- Provide analytical insights to support critical decision-making.

- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Project Management:

- Lead cross-functional strategic projects from planning to execution.

- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with organizational goals.

- Act as a PMO for critical initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Leadership Support:

- Prepare business cases, board presentations, and investor decks.

- Partner with CXOs/business heads in driving transformation programs.

- Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on key priorities.

Key Requirements:

- MBA / Postgraduate from Tier-1 institute preferred (IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS or equivalent).

- 5-8 years of experience in strategy / management consulting / corporate strategy / investment banking / business planning.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
