The Practice - A Brief Sketch:

The Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice is a part of Strategy and focuses on our clients' most strategic priorities. We help organizations design, set-up, scale and transform Global Capability Centers (GCCs) into engines of enterprise value by leveraging digital core technologies, AI, and next-gen operating models.

We provide you with a great learning ground, where you will work with global clients to shape their GCC strategy and transformation journeys, enabling business growth and enterprise-wide reinvention. As part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:

- Business problem assessment: Work with senior stakeholders (C-suite, GCC leaders) to define problem statement, and transformation agenda

- GCC Strategy & Setup: Lead definition of GCC strategy, operating model, location strategy, sourcing strategy, and transition roadmap

- Analysis: Assess GCC maturity across capability mix, value delivery, digital core stack, and identify transformation opportunities

- Deliver Value: Design and implement transformation roadmaps to reposition GCCs as enterprise capability and innovation hubs

- Digital Core & AI enablement: Embed data, AI, engineering, and platform capabilities into GCC strategy; define AI-ready data foundations, AI CoE and AI scaling roadmap

- Understand value drivers: Align GCC charter with enterprise priorities (growth, innovation, speed-to-market, cost efficiency)

- Ensure Continued Success: Mentor teams, build GCC POVs and assets, contribute to GTM, and support business development

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

- Proven experience in GCC advisory across setup, expansion, and transformation journeys

- Strong expertise in driving CXO-level discussions on GCC transformation agendas, operating model evolution, digital core modernization, AI enablement, and addressing value realization and scalability challenges

- Good understanding of digital core technologies (data platforms, engineering, enterprise apps, integration, etc.)

- Strong expertise in AI in enterprise/ GCC context - AI use case strategy, AI CoE, governance, scaling from pilots to enterprise impact

- Must have experience leading complex deliveries and large GCC programs, including scaling and transformation journeys

- Ability to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business and align GCC strategy accordingly

- 5+ years of experience writing business cases for transformation / technology / AI initiatives

- Ability to develop value realization frameworks and transformation investment plans

- Strong storytelling, executive communication, and workshop facilitation skills

- Advanced presentation and public speaking skills, and ability to drive C-suite level discussions

- Experience managing budgeting, forecasting and proposal development

- Ability to build thought leadership and contribute to GCC and AI GTM

- Promote a culture of experimentation, innovation and AI-led reinvention
