A high-growth global fintech SaaS platform backed by leading investors is looking to hire a Manager - Strategic Partnerships to drive growth across the Middle East region.
The organization provides a technology platform used by banks, NBFCs and fintech lenders to streamline collections, recovery workflows and legal processes through automation and data intelligence. As part of its global expansion, the company is strengthening its presence in the Middle East by building strategic partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
Role Overview:
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with banks, fintechs and ecosystem partners across the Middle East while supporting regional business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and build partnerships with banks, fintech companies and financial institutions across the Middle East
2) Support regional go-to-market initiatives and business development efforts
3) Manage relationships with senior stakeholders including collections, risk and compliance leaders
4) Identify collaboration opportunities with technology partners and industry stakeholders
5) Work closely with internal product and leadership teams to align solutions with regional regulatory requirements
6) Assist in developing market insights and partnership strategies to strengthen the company's presence in the region
7) Support pipeline development and partnership-led revenue growth initiatives
Candidate Profile:
1) 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships or enterprise sales
2) Must have been working in Dubai / Middle East for at least the last 2 years
3) Experience working with banks, fintech companies, or financial services organizations preferred
4) Strong interest in fintech, SaaS platforms or financial infrastructure solutions
5) Exposure to partnerships, ecosystem development or enterprise client engagement
6) Strong communication, relationship management and negotiation skills
