The role demands a blend of creativity, commercial intelligence, and strategic storytelling to design distinctive partnership platforms that deliver value for brands while accelerating revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Innovation
- Design impactful jersey and non-jersey association models.
- Develop breakthrough sport-led brand integrations aligned with business objectives.
- Identify scalable revenue opportunities across teams, leagues, digital channels, and fan communities.
- Create insight-driven and differentiated partnership solutions.
2. Pitch Creation & Narrative Building
- Develop persuasive, insight-backed pitch presentations with strong commercial rationale.
- Convert brand objectives into long-term sports marketing platforms.
- Conceptualize and build proprietary IPs that attract sustained brand investments.
3. Revenue Acceleration & Commercial Excellence
- Drive growth through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle - from concept creation to deal closure.
- Design customized commercial structures aligned with client KPIs.
- Contribute strategically to overall partnership revenue targets.
4. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead high-level discussions with CMOs, founders, and senior marketing leaders.
- Present ideas with clarity, confidence, and strategic depth.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships across brands and agency networks.
Skills & Experience Required
- 4-6 years of experience in sports marketing, brand alliances, media sales, or integrated marketing solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in concept-led selling and revenue generation.
- Strong storytelling and presentation development capabilities.
- Ability to think beyond traditional sponsorship formats and unlock innovative monetization ideas.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing ROI frameworks.
- Commercially astute with a strong creative mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
