Manager Strategic Finance or Corporate Development

Leading and driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making to support overall business growth and profitability and responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, conducting complex financial analysis, and ensuring the long-term financial health of the company and work closely with cross-functional teams to support key value creation initiatives and provide data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, including long-range planning.

- Conducting in-depth financial analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making, including pricing, unit economics, new product launches, and resource allocation.

- Working with senior management and other departments to provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.

- Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.

- Designing and building dashboards and processes to monitor key financial and operational metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to support strategic initiatives.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Developing and executing against the company's capital allocation strategy, including financing and debt management.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 2-5 years of relevant work experience in strategic finance, investment or corporate development.

2. Expertise in Excel, financial modelling, PowerPoint, and experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP).

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

4. Partnering skills with various stakeholders in developing, communication and achievement of Operating plan/targets.

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
