Manager - Strategic Consulting / PMO

We have an opening with a reputed OEM for Manager Strategic Consulting - Program Management .

Role & responsibilities :

- This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, spearheading critical projects to successful delivery.

- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of risk, with a focus on new product development and cross-functional initiatives.

- Define & Monitor action Plans for achieving milestones of Programs Alignment of targets with all delivery heads.

- Analyze & Forecast potential risks and create insights to enable decision making at the right level.

- Identify & forecast potential risks, and propose prioritization and escalation to Business Heads

- Monitor overall project timelines and key deliverables status (incl. component/system level), drive accountability within the system and escalate in case of potential unforeseen risks

- Lead regular Risk Management Reviews with the Business Heads and Program teams to mitigate risks & provide firm direction to CFT.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of 1 plus years of experience in Strategic Consulting.

- MBA from Top Ranked Institutes and Engineering degree from a Tier-1 college with a strong academic background.

- Proven track record in managing complex projects, transitions, or consulting projects with a focus on time, cost, and quality.

- Excellent skills in project scheduling, tracking, and management.

- Strong ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with stakeholders and senior business leaders.

- Results-oriented with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness under pressure.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
