
Role : Manager - Alliances Program & Operations

Reporting to: Head of Alliances / Strategic Partnerships
Location: India (supporting global partner ecosystem)
Role Overview
We are seeking an Alliance Manager to drive and strengthen strategic partnerships, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure partnerships, while supporting collaboration with other cloud partners such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.
This role operates at the intersection of partner management, sales operations, and go-to-market execution. The associate will drive operational discipline across partner programmes while actively engaging partner teams to progress opportunities, align on initiatives, and support partner-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational workflows for strategic partners including Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud programmes
- Track partner programme requirements including competencies, certifications, and partner status
- Act as a day-to-day coordination point for partner managers and ecosystem stakeholders
- Actively engage partner account managers and alliance teams to align on priorities, opportunities, and next steps
- Support internal sales teams in engaging partners for active deals
- Track and manage partner-influenced pipeline and co-sell opportunities in CRM
- Go-To-Market & Campaign Coordination
Role Expectations
- Act as a bridge between the organisation and the Strategic partners
- Demonstrate ownership in driving partner communicaiton
- Handle partner engagement by understand partner programmes in a detail-oriented manner
