Job description

Role : Audit Manager Statutory Audit (India Practice )

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Experience: 5- 10 years

Qualification: CA mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage statutory audit engagements from planning to completion.

Review financial statements and audit working papers.

Manage client relationships and coordinate with senior client stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Identify audit risks and develop appropriate audit procedures.

Review the work performed by team members and provide guidance.

Manage audit timelines, deliverables, and engagement budgets.

Support business development initiatives and contribute to client proposals.

Mentor and develop junior team members.

Key Skills:

Strong experience in Statutory Audit / External Audit.

Good knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS / Companies Act.

Experience in managing audit teams and client relationships.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
