Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end statutory audit engagements for large-scale clients to ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal financial controls.
- Manage and mentor audit teams, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audit reports.
- Review complex financial statements and disclosures to ensure full compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards, mitigating financial risks for the organization.
- Communicate audit findings and strategic recommendations to client leadership, fostering strong professional relationships and driving process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to streamline audit workflows and resolve complex accounting issues effectively.
Required Skillset:
- Possess a deep functional understanding of Statutory Audit processes, including the ability to interpret and apply IFRS and GAAP frameworks to complex business scenarios.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and navigate high-level stakeholder discussions with confidence.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the identification of financial discrepancies and the development of actionable solutions.
- Hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, reflecting a high standard of professional expertise and technical proficiency.
- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment, maintaining productivity and clear communication across distributed teams in Delhi NCR and Bangalore.
