Manager - Statutory Audit

- Conduct statutory audits for companies, firms, and banks to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Perform audits for government entities appointed by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG).

- Oversee IFRS convergence and manage financial group reporting processes.

- Lead US GAAP conversions from Indian GAAP and ensure adherence to international accounting principles.

- Handle concurrent audits of banks, focusing on large forex and investment divisions.

- Provide audit and assurance services to BFSI clients, ensuring financial integrity and accuracy.

- Supervise and guide teams, ensuring effective execution of audit engagements.

- Draft legal and technical documents with clarity and precision.
