Manager - Statutory & Global Reporting - CA

Role Overview:

The Manager - Statutory/Global Reporting will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our financial reporting frameworks. This position involves managing complex consolidation processes, overseeing statutory audits, and ensuring alignment with global accounting standards. You will work closely with the leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance. This role is essential for maintaining the company's financial health and ensuring seamless regulatory adherence in an evolving corporate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end statutory audit process to ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Manage the monthly and quarterly consolidation of financial statements to provide an accurate view of the companys global financial position.

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IFRS and GAAP standards to ensure consistency in financial reporting across all entities.

- Strengthen internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risks and ensure the reliability of financial data.

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audit cycles and resolve complex reporting queries.

- Optimize SAP FICO processes to improve the efficiency of financial reporting and data accuracy.

- Provide strategic support on corporate finance initiatives, including tax planning and regulatory filings, to support long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset:

- Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting and statutory audit.

- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory reporting requirements.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in SAP FICO, with the ability to leverage the system for complex consolidation and reporting tasks.

- Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders and senior management.

- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

- Adapt to a hybrid work environment in Delhi/Noida, collaborating effectively with remote and on-site teams.

- Apply analytical thinking to resolve discrepancies in financial data and improve internal control mechanisms.
