- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals through successful investor acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.

- Identify and onboard high-potential investors including HNIs, Family Offices, Venture Partners, Wealth Managers, and Institutional Investors.

- Proactively pitch investment opportunities, startup campaigns, and the firm's value proposition to prospective investors.

Investor Relationship Management :

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors through transparent communication, timely portfolio updates, and strong engagement practices.

- Reconnect and activate inactive investors while maintaining strong investor satisfaction and trust.

- Conduct one-on-one investor meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions around startup investment opportunities.

- Ensure seamless investor onboarding including KYC, documentation, activation, and ongoing support.

Business Development & Networking :

- Source and qualify new investor leads through referrals, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

- Leverage existing investor networks for introductions, referrals, and collaborative fundraising opportunities.

- Represent the organization at startup funding events, investor summits, roadshows, conferences, and networking forums.

- Build strategic relationships with Venture Partners, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, and Institutional Investors to expand the investor ecosystem.

- Stay updated on startup funding trends, investor sentiment, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Strategic Reporting & Collaboration :

- Prepare investment proposals, investor decks, portfolio performance reports, and fundraising updates.

- Collaborate closely with investment and portfolio teams to align fundraising strategies with business and portfolio requirements.

- Track and report key performance metrics including AUM growth, investor outreach, conversion ratios, referrals, revenue targets, and event participation.

- Contribute strategic insights to improve fundraising processes, investor engagement, and portfolio positioning.

Ideal Candidate Criteria :

- 4+ years of experience in fundraising, investment management, or investor relations roles.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Category II AIFs including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Credit Funds, or Special Situations Funds.

- Proven experience working with HNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, Venture Partners, or Wealth Managers.

- Strong expertise in pitching investment opportunities and onboarding investors.

- Experience conducting investor meetings, presentations, roadshows, and strategic discussions.

- Proven track record of achieving revenue, fundraising, or AUM growth targets.

- Experience representing organizations at networking events, investor conferences, and startup ecosystem forums.

- Strong understanding of startup valuation concepts, investment products, portfolio reporting, and fundraising processes.

- Ability to prepare investment proposals, performance reports, investor updates, and KPI dashboards.

- Strong networking, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

- High ownership mindset with a target-driven and execution-focused approach.

- Candidates from Venture Capital firms, AIFs, Wealth Management firms, Investment Banking, or startup fundraising ecosystems will be preferred.

- Experience in startup funding events, investor roadshows, and fundraising-focused networking environments will be an added advantage.
