Manager - Specification - Construction Chemical Industry

Job Summary :

We are seeking an energetic and business acumen that will support the company to escalate the business activities. The ideal candidate should bring a sound understanding of business practices and forecasting to achieve the new goals. Good understanding of market competitors and also observe closely market activities. Maintain good rapport with government officials and well aware with Government policies towards mega infra projects coming in future.

Roles and Responsibilities for Specifications :

- Visit government websites for checking updates on upcoming infrastructure projects.

- Apply for tenders and ensure all documentation is in place.

- Meet local bodies and private developers and get approval on company product.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on admixture product specifications, testing results, and customer feedback.

- Generate regular reports on admixture product performance, quality issues, and improvements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, R&D, and technical support, to ensure consistency in product information.

- Work with R&D and product development teams to refine product formulations based on testing and market feedback.

- Ensure all specifications align with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Full-Time B.Tech (Civil Engg.) / Graduate / MBA Preferred

- 5-10 Years experience is mandatory.

- Strong Knowledge on Govt. websites and upcoming Infra Projects.

- Hands-on Experience with Digital Platforms.
